HOPE India expresses our mission as Help, Open Doors, Protect & Empower those who are forgotten about. Operating in Andhra Pradesh, we serve vulnerable communities with dignity and real, lasting change—opening doors to support, shielding the vulnerable from harm, and empowering families to thrive. Our programs include an orphan home for 25 children who have lost parents or live in extreme poverty; a leprosy-affected community facing stigma, exclusion and starvation; a tribal ministry in need of Bibles and spiritual guidance; and a well-water project delivering clean water and improved sanitation for communities that must travel long distances daily to fetch basic water for their family per day. Through these efforts we provide shelter, healthcare access, education and livelihood opportunities, clean water, and community-led training, all while prioritizing inclusion, local partnerships, and alignment with public programs and policies to ensure respectful, sustainable impact. Sisters in Service, NPO is just beginning this work to address the immense needs of these precious communities. This is a starting step, and I cannot do it alone. I warmly invite others to join me in partnering, sharing resources, and volunteering so we can make a meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of orphans, those affected by leprosy, tribal communities, and families walking long distances for water. Together, we can bring dignity, hope, and real change to Andhra Pradesh.
